Dealing with the trade is an excellent way to get started in the business and to gain unique experience from working on the other side of the counter. Dealing in the trade is defined as any business involved in selling and/or manufacturing diamonds or diamond jewelry. Dealing with the trade might include selling only in New York's Diamond Dealer Club or it might mean selling only to the local jewelry stores in the town you reside in.
